Mell's Safe Space

We offer a 1-2-1 service supporting individuals with finding a suitable service for them.

Qualified through life experiences, the aim is to support individuals over 18 who are seeking therapy and holistic healing.

Mell's Meditation

Mell's Meditation Sessions are operated under Mell's Safe Space.

I offer 1-2-1 and group sessions for those who are new to meditating and would like to learn more.

My mediation practice is non religious and all is well to join.
